Medical Insurance
The company offers insurance of Major Medical Expenses in individual plans. This insurance operates with scheduled events or emergencies which are covered via reimbursement upon payment of a deductble and coinsurance. Medical expenses insurance is covered nationally and abroad in case an employee lives in a border region. Medical insurance comes at no cost to the employee.
Life Insurance
All long-term contract employees are admitted in a life insurance program. This plan is divided into categories depending on the position you hold. It has a basic coverage, double compensation for accidental death; organic losses due to accident and 50% advance payment in case of terminal illness. Life insurance has no cost to the employee.
Food Coupons
The company offers monthly pantry vouchers that support family welfare.
Optional Dental Insurance
The company offers at preferential prices, the possibility of acquiring a dental plan with deductible taxes and coinsurance to your entire family. Prices are age-dependent. The payroll discount can be charged 3 months before the enrollment campaign.
Variable Compensation Plan
If you work in one of our branches, monthly bonuses are offered based on results. The better results obtained, the higher the monthly bonus.
Law Bonuses
From your first day, all employees are eligible for mandatory benefits required by federal labor law, including:
Christmas Bonus
15 wage days as bonus are offered depending on the days the employee has worked in the current year. This law benefit is paid before December 20 of each year.
Vacation Bonus
According to the position and the number of vacation days available, 25% of salary is offered as a vacation bonus. This benefit is paid in the anniversary month of employment.
Vacation Days
After a year of service, employees are eligible for vacation days which are granted based on time with the company.
Profit-Sharing
This benefit is paid during May each year. This benefit is calculated based on your salary and the days work the expired year.
Registration to IMSS
All employees have IMSS service from the first day of employment.
FONACOT and INFONAVIT
The company is affiliated to FONACOT and makes bi-monthly contributions to INFOAVIT
